1. Use -exec option of find:

   find ${DIR} -name "${SOME_NAME_QUALIFIER}" -exec mv {} ${DST_DIR} \;
   

2. Pipe to xargs with variable to iterate over each item in find

   find ${DIR} -name "{SOME_NAME_QUALIFIER}" | xargs -I '{}' mv {} ${DST_DIR}
